Hi. In the control settings, it is possible to set a hotkey to the Nearest/next external element. Is it possible to change the behavior of this button to the following: to highlight the external element CLOSEST to the cursor?
Hi I know it is not the same but you could try to (sorry if you have already done it):
- Cycle to the element type you want to destroy - Do the F thing to find all of its type, it should highlight them all - Hit F3, it wil focus/zoom on the currently selected target - Rotate/zoom out so you can view all the highlighted elements and choose the one you want by clicking on it - Hit F1 and shoot
all the above, with the exception of shooting can be done while paused.

Mod stopped working properly. Any conflicts known? I testest some right click stuff but removed it. I basically lose the entire selction after i kill one element. Otherwise it actually still works, but if i lose selection its unusable.
edit/ correction, it does still work on ships but on stations it is bugging out.
I will send it if you have no problems installing the necessary mods that are required to load this safe. Should not be too much but some VRO stuff and Ossian Riders basically. I dont think you need all the traders and other script mods.
Thanks for checking at all mate. And btw, after i changed sector i could use the function again. Hope you find the bug. Its a pain disabling stations and ships without your mod.
