To update, this does work as far as Kingdoms end goes. Starting a new game, it gave me the money straight up but I didn't leave it set to 1h but changed this to 120s for testing the interval, and worked fine. Probably best to set to something in s or min since most other mods and in the DLCs I see the interval checking at s or min.
Im always thinking about one faction...."Galactic Bank" and their debt collectors (mercenaries)...."We provide all you need until you can't pay...and you will pay" just not for player also to npc as well making this game more dynamic...and make missions more variant... - play as debt collector - play normal life and try to pay the bill in time limit - bank robbery - helping hot woman in debt...etc.... it will be awesome...
You can change the times and amount just in the change of value in ineedmoney.xml in the "md" rep of the mod. You can open it with any text editor. At the line 4 you have : checkinterval="1h" you can change by the value you want. (even 10s if you want).
