I did a little research on the size of the human iris (11.6 mm on average) and dilated pupil (normally up to 8 mm in the dark). The pupil to iris ratio I chose for the alt eyes is close to the upper normal values for human beings (Geralt is a witcher and should be able to dilate his pupils in the dark more than a regular person, but I also wanted to make his eyes look realistic).
For the black eyes, I created a full-black texture, making them look like the ones in the Netflix show.
This mod affects all witchers in the game.
The activation conditions are up to one's taste. I prefer the alt eyes triggered by darkness and combat in the dark, while for the black eyes it's the cat potion. Besides, if the Modular Eyes mod was installed properly, both eye types can be triggered via hotkeys (numpad 8 and 9).
COLOR
The eye glow varies depending on the region (since they have different lighting), light sources around Geralt, and his position near them. The exact color of the main file eyes may vary from bright yellow to orange (the latter being most vivid in daylight in Toussaint), but is generally warm yellow, which is a combination of the light parts of the eye masks glowing yellow and the darker ones appearing as orange shade.
Both the normal state eyes and the alt eyes have the same glow in the main file, but the alt eyes may seem dimmer from a distance due to the dilated pupils covering much more surface area of the irises than the vertical ones do.
ATTENTION
This mod will only work if the Modular Eyes mod is installed.
My mod is incompatible with any eye retextures. If you want to use a different mod that gives Geralt glowing eyes without changing the eye texture (for example, Scoutbr0's Glowing Witcher Eyes), just give it higher priority than mine.
The Glowing Witcher Eyes mod is not needed for my mod to work since it modifies the same assets.
