This retextures the splash effect which can be seen when swimming, moving through water, when boating, waterfalls and any other situation which uses this effect. I didn't think the vanilla effect was intense enough especially when boating and swimming. In version 2.0, I have added the actual rushing water effect of waterfalls and the dripping seen in damp places.
If you have reached your texture mod limit I recommend merging them together into one mod using Witcher 3 Mod Merger

2.0: Redid all textures normal maps which were being corrupted when packed, thanks to superdemus fantastic tutorial fix. Added waterfall rushing water and drips seen in damp places.

Not compatible with any mods which replaces these textures or as a fix place this one in your load order before incompatible mod for these assets to be displayed.

INSTALLATION
Install with NMM and activate or download and place the 'modSPLASH' into your 'Mods' folder. If you do not have a 'Mods' folder create one in your main Witcher 3 directory.
