I hate someone make "Debug Console" mod where naïve people fell like it's a new thing. But it's not!!
Download Debug Console and Unlocked Photo Mode instead! It's "Debug Console" + Unlocked/Fixed Photo Mode" and it work to any Next Gen version, even 4.04

What a waste of a download. Everyone knows how to enable the console in the general ini. However the new patch has broken functionality, I was hoping this would fix it. Thanks for wasting my time.
no mod needed all you have to do go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\config\base\general.ini" and chnage ini file and then launch game and press ~
Because updating the game alos run the "verify files" process too. Debug Console wasn't meant to be enabled, so everytimes there is an update or "Steam/GOG verify the files", it's set as off.
