FIX 1.05 for Debug console

Found fix for 1.05 debug console from cheatengine forums. Tested it and console is working on 1.05. Replace debug-console-enabler.dll on "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64\plugins" folder after you have installed debug console.
