This is a crop of 10010001's Sprinting Speed MOD credit goes to him. I didn't want sprint or walk modified so I removed them. I also added a slider menu in the mod options screen to set the speed.

Extract the .zip file and Copy both "bin" and "mods" folders to your Witcher 3 directory
Insert the line: modFasterSwim.xml
To the files:
[Witcher 3 folder]\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\dx11filelist.txt
[Witcher 3 folder]\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\dx12filelist.txt
the ending of the files should look like this:
Run Script Merger before you launch the game.

- Run Menu Filelist Updater or add the xml lines into the files yourself
