This is an unrelated question but, what tools do you use to extract texture files from a Texture Cache? Every tools I've used from the Modkits, to XtcModkitTool, to Cache Viewer, has always flipped the normal maps of extracted textures. So far I've been fixing those errors manually, but are there any tools that doesn't glitch extracted normal maps?
