Fringila Vigo deserved a better outfit. Her being from Toussaint, I thought something fancier would fit her. I've also changed her make up to match.
To install, download the mod and place it at the The Witcher 3/mods directory.
There shouldn't be any conflict with any mod, only if it also changes Fringila's outfit or face TGA files.
