If you want a Responsive Geralt, this mod is for you. and You can tweak it to fit your taste. best part is that the mod included Vanilla Values so you can compare the tweaks and settings. . EDIT: Uninstalling this mod for now.. worked for a while until i encountered a bug with WalkToggle... then i installed the latest version(2/23/20) which claimed to fix the walk toggle, and now everytime i try to Sprint, Geralt just PAUSES, and is unable to move, stuck on a Sprinting Position.
I moved some of the code to different areas to help with compatibility in 1.2.1. I am unable to replicate this on a clean install of Witcher 3. If you do a find in your mods directory for "locomotionDirectController.ws", "explorationMover.ws", and "explorationMovementCorrector.ws", and let me know which mods contain those I may be able identify the conflict.
Considering there is still no word from ArmadilloMan, I have updated this mod to NG to the best of my capabilities. I use "Gervant First Person" mod and the movement feels kind of janky there, so I wanted to see if this mod could improve that. Spoiler: it does! I am a Witcher modding noob, but know my way around code and my patch does seem to work fine. Thank you so much for uploading. I tried out your updates and it appears to be working as the original was working and I haven't found any issues yet. I think you should re-upload to share with others, armadilloman gives permission granted you credit him.
I'd really like this mod to be updated for the next gen update as well. I think mod author is gone for good though :( last seen march 2020. I'm not a huge fan of the completely realistic motion of geralt that everyone seems to be striving for with mods.. I just want to be able to go a different direction without waiting for my tank to fire up and chug around.
As of 1/20/22 - Mod confirmed working on the latest build of W3 /w all relevant patches. That being said, the Places of Power bug that a few others have mentioned already is still very much prevalent and obnoxious. Only drawback of the mod. Only work around is to exit the game, disable the mod, draw from said place of power, then exit the game again and reenable the mod.
Being able to swim like Aquaman in Skellige outweighs this annoyance but a fix would be amazing.

anyone figured out how to merge friendlyhud with this mod on script merger? Im no expert at script merging and sadly it didnt fix the issue automatically.
