Fixed the walk toggle not working out of combat. Note that hitting the walk toggle combat while in combat does not update the walk toggle state. This appears to be a bug in vanilla as well.

With "Run in Combat" disabled, Geralt now faces enemies similarly to vanilla.

Added a speed multipliers section. This allows you to increase out of combat sprint/swim speed or in combat walk speed. The walk speed in combat is only in effect if run in combat is disabled.
Fixed Geralt sometimes turning while stuck in an animation (i.e. ladders, knockback)
