Update: remove all prev. versions AND REMOVE ALL prev. input.settings, install. -

Update instructions: unpack and overwrite all files in your radish modding tools folder. -

(RECOMMENDED) mod short-circuiting videoplayback at game startup and main menu directly to load last savegame. Intended for faster tuning of the mod project. Unpack into witcher 3 (v1.31+) mods directory. Delete folder to uninstall.
