W3EE Lazarus Project - Lore-friendly Yellow Glowing ALT eyes

This mini-mod will change Modular ALT eyes to the lore-friendly yellow glowing eyes. Needs load priority over main mod.
Remove this mod if you experience very long or blurry dialog loading screens. Very small portion of people reported experiencing these -
Reupload of the W3EE mod that Lazarus is based on. (Currently Lazarus is incompatible with W3EE 5.1+)
