i cannot survive without this mod. i love this weathered, hardened look for Geralt, and i havent uninstalled or replaced it ever since i first downloaded it. thankyou sir!
Here's a mod for the people who want the Blue Stripes tattoo even without save file import. https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/5700? The Brutal Face Mod is included, so don't download both this version and the one with the tattoo.
This mod looks amazing! The only reason why I don't use it anymore is because it conflicts with another mod I have that makes Geralt paler and gives him the striga scar. It's an amazing mod, and I love it to bits!
Thank you, Andrey Harchenko and vovanbaraban! You have done great job with this.
I'm using this face on my third playthrough that I just started. This Geralt is supposed to be "No-bulls***-just-kill-the-monsters-and-drink-White-Gull" -type a guy, and this is perfect for that! When I initially tested this months ago (for a few minutes), it seemed way too ugly and extreme, but now that I've actually played with it for longer, this degree of ugliness fits Geralt well, and it doesn't seem extreme anymore.
I also like that this gives Geralt aged and experienced appearance, but not elderly, like some faces tend to do, even Vanilla face kinda.
Overall, very nice portrayal! Also, as another compliment, my wife too thought this looks like real Geralt, and would choose this one for her playtrough. ----- I'm doing a quest of giving commendations to as many wonderful mod authors as possible that have overall elevated my Witcher 3 experience from "Vanilla Nice" to "Phenomenal!". I call everyone to join the effort, and leave a compliment or thank you for your favorite mods!

Edit: Any chance for a patch to blend texture with Buffed body mod please? Love how it kept the tattoo he got from TW2 D:
