Hey 115Dead666, good of you to release this mod however, it would be good to have better install instructions cause most users don't know where those files are located.
So, for those that don't know how to install this.

Place the user setting file in your My Documents/The Witcher 3 folder.
Then all the config files will go into: The Witcher 3/bin/config/base folder (the bin folder is in the same folder where you mods folder is located)

Also, why did you include all of the config files anyways? As most of those don't have anything to do with what you are trying to do here. Such as the audio, dlc, hud, localization ect...
The rendering config file needs adjustment if you are going to change the user ini settings beyond the Ultra settings. Since those values set the limit. But, your user settings is where the changes are coming from since you are lowering some below the low setting.

Just want to throw this out there. I downloaded you tweaks and needless to say, I was more than a little disappointed in the results. First of all, my window had been resized so small that I couldn't read any text on the screen. Secondly, when I hit Alt+Enter and got the screen to full screen I realized everything was in a different language. I am only able to speak English, so this was a deal breaker for me. I immediately restored all my backups (thankfully I was smart enough to back up everything) and went back to the way things were. Now, all that said, I have no idea whether your changes would have worked or not. I didn't dig into the files to try and find out because I wouldn't have known what I was looking at in the first place even if it was in English. I appreciate you trying to help out the community, however these things should have been mentioned and gone into much greater detail. Not everyone who downloads a file will back up the originals and if they don't back up and they run into the same issues, they're screwed. If you ever come out with a English version or have an explanation of what all you've changed, then I'll be happy to endorse your Mod, until then, I felt I had to call you out on this here.
