TW1 Talent Trees is currently in beta – not all features are fully implemented yet. I’ve been working on this mod for about 8 months and wanted to release it now to gather your feedback.
Talents for Axii and Quen are not ready yet – I wasn’t able to finish them yet. Please don’t learn them – any skills without a description are currently inactive.
The same applies to Firestream I and up for Igni, and Magic Trap I and up for Yrden.
Remember to check out the new mod menu, where you can configure everything related to stamina management, as well as damage, speed, and more. The defaults are my preferred settings.

I encourage you to help me test the modifications - I haven't had a chance to go through the whole game due to lack of time, so I'm interested in feedback and will try to fix anything needed!

My mod cannot be merged with total overhaul mods like W3EE Redux, or any other mods that change skills, .xml files, or the GUI. I’ve done my best to make it compatible with as many mods as possible – and I’ll keep improving this in the future. If there are any specific mods you really want to be compatible, let me know and I’ll try to make it work.
W3EE won’t work because it uses its own skill system. I’d love for them to be compatible someday, but that would likely require significant changes to W3EE’s structure – which might be possible, but only with the author’s permission.
However, I give chance my modification anyway. I think it can give a lot of fun, especially at higher levels. I also encourage you to download the Alchemy mod - it's compatible along with my mod.
removed the mutagen panel - it caused numerous problems with navigating the menu with a pad, apart from that they are not really needed in their current state

Hey, I have a problem where fists don't deal damage either to me or the enemies. I've seen somebody else on reddit have the exact same problem, however it's an old unanswered post. It only started happenning after i installed this mod, i reloaded saves, started new games, i tried deleting many different mods that might clash with this one but nothing works and i don't exactly want to do a clean install. If anyone ever had this issue please help.
EDIT: Oh, and for some reason when i start a new game Geralt doesn't have any swords in the inventory.
Hello, I probably know what the problem is. 1) You need to give my mod the highest priority. Rename the folder to mod00TalentTrees. 2) Remember to add this step: Open the file "\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\dx12filelist.txt" in a text editor and add the "modW1TalentTrees.xml;" as a new line. Save the file. Let me know if it helped, and send me a link to this post on reddit, because I don't know where it was written and I'll also answer there.
Sadly changing priorities didn't help. I'll try deleting the merge folder and remerging all my mods, it helped me a couple of times. The Reddit post wasn't related to the mod, if i remember correctly it was a vanilla copy of the game. Still, thank you for answering.
Do you have any other mods that change xml files? Because that could also be a problem related to this. It's better not to merge my mod with other xml files... or it's a bad script merger. What other mods do you use?
Yes, it's this mod's fault. You don't need this type of mod that changes the balance, because my mod changes the game's balance and among other things changes the relic swords.

Now I'm gathering information on what I should improve and I'll update it in future patches. My plans regarding animations, combat system - they have to wait a while, because now I'm also focusing on developing the story in my Tales of The Witcher mod. It's all very time-consuming and I'm trying to move forward with it as much as I can, but I'm working on it myself. I also have my own job, which I'd really like to quit so I could create mods, but unfortunately I don't get financial support for these mods (except for a few small donations a few months ago)...
I know, unfortunately I can't make them compatible - it would require making a new package of these UIs together with my panel. Maybe in the future, but I can't promise at the moment.
your mod is bad ass but you need to add all 7 suits of armor its very in portent so i really hope you do o i don't want less enemies but i like the more focus combat the less enemies hopefully that you make it so we can choose to turn it off if we don't like i love your mod i think you're and i think you are very talented
thank you!! As for the smaller number of enemies, I'll think about it! So far I've only done it in the prologue, later game it's the same.
As for the Witcher sets, they're all available and balanced for my mod, so you can play them without any worries! I wish you a lot of fun with the mod, if you find any bugs let me know!
not a probable and thank you for getting back to me i was wondering when you talk about the old witcher 1 fighting style your not talking about the flame on the mouse where you would click to attack i love that fighting style back in the day but that fighting style is out dated now if your talking about something similar to scaar that would be awesome scaar is the best i have ever used for fighting now if you can make a better one i am all about it i would love to see something more and maybe better i think your mod could be better than eternal hunt i think if you keep putting new stuff in it you could be number one in my eyes and think about adding sword walk i love that mod your a great modder keep up the good work and plz dont ever quit this mod this is your masterpiece make it into the number one mod it deserves to be o ya i am voting for your mod hope you win o by the way i didn't now you where the maker of Tales of The Witcher NEW CONTENT MOD you should put this as the beginning of the game like the start of it that would be amazing
