About this mod
In vanilla the aard scales damage depending on npc health value , so if npc value is lower the damage decreases.
This mod deletes that function making aard always do same damage all the time. (default 99k but it can be changed to any value you want)

I found out about it thanks to Aard damage scaling and knockdown adjustment at The Witcher 3 Nexus - Mods and community
(which allows Modification permission as long as author is credited.)
you can find him talking about it in under his comments but other people say it no longer works so I made this version. (for 4.04)
after the changes the aard becomes super strong but if the damage values are too high you can change them to whatever you want to make it more balanced.
it is also more of an workaround than solution since it does not scale per signs intensity (because I just cant figure out how to make that work)
