Adds more skill points early in the game and less later in the game.
Lets you reach level 35 on Roche's path.
Also medallion cooldown was changed to 0.5 seconds and now you should probably never experience medallion cooldown ever again. (I didn't).
INSTALLATION
1. Preferred installation - Gibbed Red tools
Preferrably install by unpacking base_scripts using GIBBED RED tools.
Then place in the base_scipts/game/player and pack again with GIBBED RED tools.
2. Not prefferred, not tested installation (should work tho) - CookedPC
Place in CookedPC/game/player
UNINSTALLATION
Remove the file from wherever you placed it or replace the base_scripts with the original game file.
