Adds a small fish market to Dawnstar with two new fish merchants - Awaad (the husband of Fruki) and Skardi (the husband of Irgnir). ESP-FE. Requires Fishing CC from Skyrim AE.

Updates the men and women of the Solitude Docks with high poly heads, better faces, and nicer hair (or, scruffy hair depending).

Uses SkyPatcher to bring 300 armor/gear mods to 11 new themed armor/gear merchants and (optionally) general goods merchants and blacksmiths in Solitude, Markarth, Whiterun, Falkreath, Morthal, Dawnstar, Winterhold, Riften, Windhelm, and Raven Rock.

Repurposes the ruined buildings in Winterhold, adding five new NPCs and three new homes.
