Initial Upload
I downloaded the cozy Stendarr's Retreat chapel by snipps98 for my current playthrough and did a little bit of adding on to the exterior - a small camp/work area, some plants, lanterns, terrain editing, and trail posts. This mod does indeed touch a few landscape records (no navmeshes), but the home is in a pretty out of the way area. The terrain under the porch was changed so as to not spawn grass.
This mod was made in Skyrim 1.640 creation kit, and is ESP-FE flagged. It does not touch any dialogue, quests, scripts, or navmeshes.
