Immersive weathers similar to past Bethesda games brought to Starfield, along with vanilla encounter tweaks and fixes.

I would rather not make Earth terribly boring, but this is closer to Vanilla Earth. I strongly prefer the default version.
If this isn't enough for someone, I'll do a full Vanilla patch (but I wanted to keep the weather good).

Fun proof of concept for weathers on atmosphere-less worlds. Eagerly awaiting the day I find a tiny rock with lore-support for atmosphere and weather. =)
