Huge Update!
2.5 Finishes the creation of the faction GrindTerra. Changed ownership of Narion, Altair, Nemeria, and Delta Pavonis to GRiNDTerra Industries. If you steal anything from random POIs here you could get a bounty from GrindTerra. Adds GrindTerra into the pool of random location ownership. Added the ability to clear your bounty at Bounty Clearance Terminals. GRiNDTerra Industries has been added to possible encounters, outposts, maybe even radiant quests! When a ship lands on a planet it is possible to have GRiNDTerra Employees now. You may run into GRiNDTerra employees anywhere that spawns random workers, colonists, scientists, or miners. Adds GRiNDTerra into more random encounter lists. Both as friendly employees or hostile encounters. It is possible to run into GRiNDTerra ships! (All ships look like crimson fleet ships at the moment.) Added GRiNDTerra into the lists for possible smugglers, hijackers, looters, and boarding encounters. Added as an enemy type to mission board missions.

GRiNDTerra Industries, a new corporate faction financed in shadows by the UC to rival Ryujin Industries. Being a private sector company, it can expand in Freestar space and uses its funds to hire “ex” UC government and military officials to help quite literally destroy its competitors. For the public it is a company with the goal to terraform the universe to their own design. In private, it is slowly expanding a private military force on as many planets as possible with the desire to be THE corporation.

In 1.0 GrindTerra Faction has been added into the pool of factions able to spawn at numerous different type of random POI locations. You can interact with them as any other faction but at the moment cannot join them. You can buy their uniforms at an industrial workbench for credits. This was an easier way than injecting into leveled lists for maximum compatibility and always have the ability to buy the latest GrindTerra swag.

GrindTerra Industries Starts neutral to the player and will warn you if you are trespassing. If you become a member of the Ryujin Industries Faction you will automatically turn hostile to GrindTerra Industries. GRiNDTerra Industries tracks your crimes and will give you a faction specific bounty, and you can even possibly be arrested! (You will be taken to one of two UC prison locations) If there is any future content requiring faction allegiances, GrindTerra will be on side of UC and NOT Freestar collective. It does not add a bounty or affect your relation with UC. Pickpocketing and murder and trespassing is pretty much all there is at the moment.

I made two changes that are unrelated to GrindTerra. First I had to edit Walter Shroud (Shoutout to Galle5 for solving this) and second I made a small change to how spacers generate. They were the only faction that did not have a requirement to spawn, so I added the requirement that they have to spawn at their locations as indicated by vanilla structure to help ensure they won’t spawn randomly instead of factions that should be spawning at those locations.

Install Instructions
As of now this requires plugins.txt enabler. You could also use any ASI loader for the plugins.txt injection I just recommend sfse. You should not use the testfile way but do at your own risk. these will be removed once mods are officially supported and in time will have no requirements.

Follow plugins.txt install instructions and then add *exactfilenameincludingspacesandcapitalletters.esm to your plugins.txt

Install textures by instructed path.

Compatibility:

If you use POINPCDiversity (highly recommended) use the optional file INSTEAD of the main file. As of now this is the only mod I will be adding in compatibility for myself, you are free to make your own patches.
GRiNDTerra will start hostile to the Ryujin Security force. I did not include my changes to spacers as npcdiversity goes a different route with it.

Only incompatible with mods that edit locations or adds hostile characters to the random pool. Whichever mod is lower on your list is what will spawn. New clothing will always be available at the workbench if using conflicting mods. The clothing does not spawn on anyone except GrindTerra faction and is not injected into leveled lists. Buy them at your industrial workbench instead.

Adding or removing from a save: Make sure you make a save before adding. Safe to add to an existing save. Not safe or DO NOT remove from a save it will kill it. It adds too much into the game to safely remove and it will never be safe to uninstall mid play through no matter what.
