- Install the latest version of Farm Type Manager (FTM)
- Install the latest version of Boarding House and Bus Stop Extension
- Optionally install the latest version of Ridgeside Village
- Unzip the mod folder into Stardew Valley/Mods
- Run the game using SMAPI.
