This was SO needed. It bugged me when I married Sebastien, he stopped going to the saloon on Fridays to play pool. Why would he stop hanging out with Sam and Abigail? I visit the saloon on Fridays to say hi to everyone, he should be able to, too.
So if I'm reading this correctly, he'll start going to the saloon on Fridays again?
Edit: Oh, I see it only changes the dating routine (though it is nice to see Elliot in the Saloon again even though I never dated him). Would it be possible to fix the routine for after marriage so they do some of the same things they did pre-marriage?
I just had Penny and Sam hanging out on the bridge by the museum in the rain, during early fall. According to the wiki that's only an option for Sam during spring. Bug, or wiki omission?
Well, some of it has to do with the possibility of marriage I'm sure. It would be sad if Abigail visited Seb's empty room after you marry him or if Alex hangs out by his lonesome in Haley's house.
But it's definitely a little weird after a while if the whole town is basically entirely focused on you, haha.
Sounds like what they need is marriage sub-schedules. A pain to make a million of them, but it might be worth saying goodbye of the town where everyone ditches their friends the minute they get a crush :\
Yes! It definitely won’t cause a crash or error or anything. If two dialogue mods edit the exact same entry, which one you end up seeing in game depends entirely on which dialogue mod loads last.
Thank you so much! I can see why some "couples" stopped because I guess they could be more potential romances rather than friends, but I hate to take away their pretty much only friends outside of the farmer in some cases. It's even worse with the ones that are actually really good friends like Leah & Elliot or Abigail & Sebastian. A bit heteronormative too since even if they're married to the same sex they only stop hanging out with the opposite sex. Besides none of the marriage candidates seem like cheaters anyway imo, at least not when they're at full hearts.
Thanks so much for your nice comment! I totally agree. Especially considering that I, as the player, am close friends with all of these eligible bachelors (if not dating multiple of them), why shouldn't they get to hang out with each other too, on occasion?
