i know this isnt updated yet for 1.6 but it works fine except for the fact that when i exit the farm towards the bust stop, i spawn sort of outside the map (to the left side)?
Hi! I love your mods, and was so excited to see you update! One little issue. In winter, the tops of the stairs and ramps have a strange messed up snow texture. Do you think this is a mod conflict or something else? (Yes I know my buildings are in strange places. I'm trying to install mid-playthrough. I'm hoping that's not my issue though)
EDIT: So apparently this is a vanilla issue too. I totally thought it was my modding that did it. But I just never noticed it in vanilla.
It looks gorgeous especially those falls! <3 but just a minor thing, I always hated the craggy wooden bridge in any farm map and even in the towns. Is it possible to have that changed to stone or any aesthetically-pleasing bridge?
there are some mods that you can use to change the look of those bridges, like i think flower valley has a prettier version of it. i won't be going in and making any more changes to this map, though, sorry
I really love this map and its aesthetics there just is really not enough space for things to be built {I like my barns} and while we are talking about space your horse on most the paths it wont fit. </3
Would work with bee farm though or smaller based farm with no big barns for sure! ^W^
yeah the mountainy aesthetic is supposed to be a bit of a challenge. it's definitely not made for your standard farm filled with buildings and large fields and stuff like that. it's more for a mining-heavy playthrough or something like that
- install smapi (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2400) and content patcher (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1915) - download the mod and unzip the folder - move [CP] Hillier Hill-Top Farm folder into Stardew Valley/Mods (for steam that's C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods) - run the game via the StardewModdingAPI executable and start a new save on the hilltop farm
I was wondering if you could make another version of this with a tweak.
In this version I'd like the area in the bottom right to be a Ground/Rock Type Pokemon Arena. The center would have a poke-ball shape of sand and dark-dirt, with the area around is mostly light dirt.
When opening the "hill-top.tbin" file I get this, https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/556632647149944839/569254213864128552/Unrecognized_File_Format.png
So I guess that I don't open the tbin file with Tiled like you said I do?
you need to add the tbin extension in Tiled. instructions on how to create content packs for smapi are all in the content patcher readme: https://github.com/Pathoschild/StardewMods/tree/stable/ContentPatcher#overview
to make this map replace the wilderness farm, open the config.json file and change the "replaces" token from "mining" to "combat". the quarry won't work, though.
I opened your like and searched for, Tiled - 0 results .tbin - 1 result, but it's just explaining what the file is add - 24 results, non of them about adding extensions to Tiled extension - 1 result, used when explaining Common fields "Target".
it's a setting in tiled. that link is just about creating content packs. perhaps you should join the stardew modding discord for help or search it on youtube. i don't know what you're asking me here for
you need to either start a new save or use the bushreset mod (link below) (under optional files). once downloaded, just enter "world_bushreset" into the smapi console when you're on the farm

use it to open the map .tbin file,
then edit the map how I want,
then, use SMAPI to patch it?

I'd like to use this map, but want the Wilderness Golems to spawn.

Tiled - 0 results

I have no experience with this kind of stuff.
