Cauldron DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ON ITS OWN - it acts as a core mod for all of the Wildflour's Atelier Goods' mods as well as any mods that build off of those
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Cauldron provides for you, the player, an all in one easy place to handle all of your configuration settings! It recognizes which Atelier mods you have installed and provides you with those options to enable/disable, making it super easy to keep track of what you have set up for your game.
Access Cauldron via Generic Mod Config Menu to change/adjust any of the following:
Enable/Disable Wild Food, Faerie Garden --> IMPORTANTdisable these if you are NOT playing with the Forager pack or you can end up with error items in other packs
Enable Additonal Mod Compatibility with Cornucopia, Serene Meadow, Quaint Living, and Visit Mount Vapius
Enable Easy Machine Recipes, for when you don't want to worry about befriending NPCs to get machine recipes to unlock
Disable Shipping Requirements/Perfection Score: easily remove items from any of my mods from being included in your quest for perfection
Enable Special Orders for any mods installed
Choosing Default Machine Colors for craftables added by my mods.
Can I change these configuration options at any time?
Yes with TWO EXCEPTIONS:
1. Disabling crop mod support mid save (example: disabling wild food or another mod's crops) will result in some error items, but they are harmless and can be trashed easily.
2. Once you enable easy recipes you CANNOT DISABLE it - you've learned the recipes and the game can't take them away. So, make that choice before starting the game and stick with it!
Does this mean I can use your artisan mods without any new crops?
Yes it does! It's recommended to use my Forager pack but not required. You simply will have less items available to you in various artisan mods, but don't worry: there's still plenty if you choose to focus on base game crops!
Note: you MUST remove any old versions of the Atelier Wildflour Mods. They are now outdated. "Most" of your items will be safe, but some may not. Please see FAQ in Articles.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT delete English translation file - it must remain installed even if you are using another translation. Removing it will crash Cauldron.
Kedi, soph and Airyn who literally made this possible because I would not have known where to even begin. Thank you all SO SO much for helping me make Cauldron a reality.
All the translators doing wonderful work to share this mod with other language speakers:
My friends who support me and listen to my ramblings about plants, cats, and mods: I could never have done any of this without y'all and I love y'all so much. <3
A few folks have asked and I now have a kofi if you feel like you’d like to contribute towards the mods and me and my kitties.
It's absolutely not required ever to enjoy my mod which will always be free for all; but I thank each and every one of you who has donated or will possibly in the future. <3
