Add a halloween seasonal event. Watch the news to find odd occurrences around Stardew Valley. Find candy in the lead-up to Halloween day. Then on Halloween, give villagers the candy they inexplicably love now.

This mod uses Realtime Framework, meaning the changes only take place leading up to, and on, Halloween. If you're downloading this in April hoping to make spirits eve festival more interesting, sorry.
