Meet Casper! A vagabond sauntering about Pelican Town, making friends, making enemies, and, most notably: making a mess! Casper is genderfluid, preferring 'he' most of the time, 'they' always, and 'she' on occasion. They have a lot of habits that make them stand out. Try loud, controversial, forgetful, questionably dressed and probably smelly, but really very lovable.

Full seasonal portraits and sprites included, courtesy of the ridiculously talented PlatinumCats, Fellowclown and AirynS. Casper is fully romanceable, with a very dynamic schedule making room for lots and lots of compatibility with expansions, revamped maps, and other custom NPCs.
This mod is meant to be fun and feel-good, there are no mature themes to be worried about outside of their absurd behavior!
