The scaffolds added by this mod for access may make it impossible to retrieve the crab pods placed on the "Beach Extension For Crab Pod" scaffolds. In this case, you can temporarily turn off this mod from the mod config, retrieve the crab pod, and turn it on again.
I checked and the problem with the missing boat textures is more related to the “Beach Extension For Crab Pod”, so I updated that one to be compatible.

Trying the mod for the first time here. I've downloaded both this one and the Extension for Crab and while the mods are Enabled, I still can't see any changes. I've seen a comment on Extension for Crab that someone had tried with 2.3 instead of 2.4 and it worked for them but it didn't for me unfortunately.
EDIT: I tried a new save and I can see the Extension for Crab but cannot see the the Additional Storage Area.
I'm using SVE and I've made sure to check if there was any other mods that affect the Beach area (don't have any). I've checked for any ErrorLog and nothing showed for these mods.
Any idea what I should do next? I'm really looking forward to use the roofed area along with the Market Town mod and make my own little seaside restaurant.
This may be due to the fact that this mod is not fully compatible with SDV1.6, please wait a while for the update! (It is compatible with SVE, so if there is one, it is likely to be due to other causes.)

This error is occurring for users with certain conditions now that SDV1.6 is available. Please wait for an update for a while, as optimizing this mod for SDV1..6 will resolve the error!
FYI, I tested out the new platform with the Swim mod and it lets me jump into the water but it softlocks the player as there is no way to get back on the platform (With Fences Enabled) from swimming and no way to exit the area since I can't get back on the platform.
