About this mod
Kent helps Jodi out around the house sometimes, making them both a little happier. Compatible with SDV Version 1.6 but not very thoroughly tested.

This is a pretty small mod, and doesn't attempt to dig very deeply into how Kent and Jodi might seriously address their many issues. I'm definitely not saying that doing the dishes will cure PTSD! It just offers a few small positive changes: Kent does the dishes in the morning, allowing Jodi to sleep in and giving him something to do, and a few dialogue changes implying that they're both a little less unhappy.

Installation:
Install SMAPI and Content Patcher.
Download the file and unzip.
Put it in the Mods folder.
There may be some weirdness about Jodi's movements on the first day the mod kicks in, but this should settle after that farmer goes to sleep.
Configuration:
Either edit config.json or use Generic Mod Config Menu.
KentSprite: What style to use for Kent's dish-washing animation, as in the screenshot above.
EditDialogue: Whether to apply the dialogue edits. Turn off if you're playing in a language other than English.
KentWinter: Whether to put Kent in his Winter outfit.

This mod never mentions the farmer's gender, so mods just affecting that should be fine.
Semi-compatible mods:
Visual Crossing Sprite Overhaul: the vanilla sprite is similar but not identical
Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic: Kent's outfit will switch back to the default when he's doing the dishes.
Canon-Friendly Dialogue Expansion: Nothing actively contradicts this mod, but the tone will overall be more like the darker original game canon.
Incompatible mods:
This mod edits the part of Jodi's disposition setting where she sleeps, adds a "dishes" animation to Kent's sprite, edits the schedules for Kent and Jodi, and the dialogue for Kent, Jodi, and Vincent. It will thus be plausibly incompatible with any mod not listed above that affects these things. It is specifically incompatible with any mods which change Jodi, Kent, Sam, or Vincent's names, though I intend to make it compatible with Gender Setter.
I have no idea if this is compatible with SVE, and it probably does weird things in multiplayer. If you try either of these, let me know how it goes!
