Seasonal witch hats and accessories for Fashion Sense.

The hats are simple edits to the vanilla witch hat, which... I thought the vanilla witch hat had an aesthetically pleasing shape. It looked super cute, I thought. Tell me I'm not alone in this. But witches sometimes need a little variety, am I right?

So I made some seasonal options, and a colorable version, and have now begun on making those long-pondered accessories.

The flavors so far:
  • Autumn Wood Witch Hat (fall)
  • Grandma's Witch Hat (colorable)
  • Rime Witch Hat (winter)
  • Vernal Witch Hat (spring)
  • Rose Witch Hat (summer)
  • Harvest Witch Hat (fall)
  • Birch Witch Hat (winter)
  • New! Shade Moss Witch Hat (summer)
  • New!  Herb Pouch

Pick your poison! Erm, potion! Umm... I think you get it.

To install:
1. Make sure you have Fashion Sense installed in your mods folder.
2. Unzip the "Season of the Witch" zip file.
3. Drag it into your mods folder & enjoy!
In order to use these hats, you will need to use Fashion Sense's interface. It can be accessed via the "hand mirror" tool that Fashion Sense creates. You have the option to start with it on a new save, or it can be purchased from Pierre. For more information on how to use Fashion Sense, go ahead and take a look at its mod page.

With this latest addition, I added a second summer hat, for those dog days when you just need to chill out by the mossy shores of the pond in the Secret Woods, and a little herb-gathering pouch. Because what witch doesn't need a place to stow their foraged ingredients?

The future is... filled with more Donovan songs?

I intend to add some brooms to strap to the intrepid witch's back. A sickle for harvesting mistletoe. Perhaps some fungus accessories. Seasonal variations on the herb pouch... who knows what a witch will need on their journeys?

A statement on using my work to generate AI content: most AI art "generation" isn't actually generating new work; since the algorithms used to remix artworks simply seem to pull text and imagery from the sources they were trained on without stating their origins, I interpret this to mean that it's use without attribution. Since I license my original and derivative pixel art for Stardew mods under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license (Creative Commons non-commercial share-alike 4.0), use in this fashion would violate the terms under which I open my work for use and sharing. It must be attributed, and the works you create with mine must be open for further change, remixing, and play by others. If an algorithm for AI content generation properly attributes source work from its training sets, I am 100% fine with my work being used to feed it as an input, so long as the product derived conforms to the rest of the license (non-commercial use, open to further remixing). If not, it's a violation of the terms under which I allow my work to be used.
