actually, I forgot to remove the mod manager from the main download. It has been fixed now. I only had it on to test out the new nexus app. Didn't like it. Manual is the way to go.
thank you for letting me know about the mismatch. I got some mods where I'm using the older versions so didn't catch my own among the mess.
Tne thing is, Nexus API works with external mod managers just fine, and Stardrop is the one for Stardew Valley specifically and it works great. It's the one that gets recommended on discord and everything.
(I'm afraid people who still use Vortex will just drag and drop your mod into it. And be stuck with curses still T_T I support the valiant effort to rescue them tho)
when I try to open my game, it says that the newest version I downloaded is "out of date". Is there a way to fix this? should I go back to the old version? Or is it fine to play with as is?
Hi! Previous commenter mentioned this isn't compatible with my recolor, I'm willing to make it compatible myself as long as that's alright with you? Noticed the perms weren't completely open so I figured I'd ask before going ahead with it.
Go right ahead I would recommended you make it an overlay. The medieval recolor did it as a replacement, so people complain that newer items are invisible.
It seems that the Tilesheet isn't compatible with the Starblue recolor :/ What a shame, I really wanted to use the Little Red School House mod. https://imgur.com/E2SUUt7
Thanks for the mod yet you may want to look at your Changelog Version Number again because it's confusing the see "previous" version of your Mod was v1.0.6 + your "current" version of the Mod is v1.6.0 (skipped whole 5 levels, maybe to indicate SdV v1.6 compatibility) + but your <Changelog> section still insists your current version is being v1.0.6 again. So I think your Changelog should be; Version 1.6.0 (not 1.0.6)
Added 2 square Foods - Roast Beef / Candle Plates / Green Beans under the little tables
4 square food edits - Whole Pig add leaves / Turkey add mash potatoes and cranberry sauce / Ham separated from plates so it is now 2 different 2 squares / Eggnog re aligned

I don't know what stardrop is.
I've had to many complaints about my mods not working, only for the issue to be a mod manager being weird.

I don't get why
edit
3 time and still didn't change in the download itself...
Yeah it's still showing it needs an update. Maybe the server has the name cached or something?
still no clue why it refused to be 1.6.1
Version 1.6.0 (not 1.0.6)

.....those are the 1.0.6 changes
I didn't make a change log for 1.6.0 because it was so small I could just fit it in the description.
