This mod was originally going to be two mods but they were both pretty small and similarly themed so I decided to just upload them together

Artifacts - Vanilla Version
Covers Nerveshatter, Sword of Jyggalag, Helmet of Recovery, Staada's Helmet, and the Arcane Blacksmith's Apron.

Nerveshatter: Deals between 20 and 200 Shock Damage to Health and Magicka.
Sword of Jyggalag: Ignore 50% of enemy Armor Rating.
Helmet of Recovery: Your Magicka Regeneration is increased by 100%.
Staada's Helmet: Your Stamina Regeneration is increased by 100%.
Arcane Blacksmith's Apron: You reflect 100% of incoming melee damage back at your attacker.

Artifacts - Thaumaturgy Patch
Patches weapon enchants to use Thaumaturgy's enchant dummy and adjusts enchantment values. Additionally reworks Jyggalag's sword with something I think fits better but couldn't be done in the vanilla-friendly version of the mod.

Sword of Jyggalag: Reduces enemy movement speed, attack speed, and weapon damage by 25% for 30 seconds.

Artifacts - ECSS Patch
Patches the names and meshes for the items edited by ECSS. Additionally, covers Dylora's Helmet.

Dylora's Helmet: Your Health Regeneration is increased by 100%.

Jyggalag Shrine - Vanilla Version
Adds a Shrine of Jyggalag to Steepfall Burrow. Praying at the shrine gives 50 Armor Rating.

Shrine - Pilgrim Version
The blessing is governed by the Cultist perks. Makes edits to Sheogorath's blessing in order to make Jyggalag fit more readily into a gameplay niche.

Jyggalag: Your Armor Rating is increased by 50/100. / You reflect 200% of incoming melee damage back at your attacker, but blocking and bashing are 50% less effective.

Shrine - Wintersun Patch
Just patches the shrine to grant Wintersun's Jyggalag blessing.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything relevant.
Load the ECSS patch AFTER the Thaumaturgy patch.
Load the MadnessAndOrder - Shrine plugin BEFORE lighting mods.
Patch for Arcane Blacksmith's Apron - Hood Fixes
