Enhances environmental audio like thunder, waterfalls, shouts, etc. Works with all audio codecs i have tested for PC like Stereo, 5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos and DTS-X.
Does not touch mono sound models in anyway.
Works with Hi-Fi system, PC speaker system and headphones!
I opened up the surround channels with plugins including center channel and LFE (Low Frequency Effects) channel and tweaked the values a bit.
These effects can be heard very good with weather mods namely the thunder sounds as an example.
I have a decent 7.2.4 Home Theater Setup at home so i always play Skyrim with this setup.
And boy, what a differents!! Like playing a movie.

Regional Sounds Expansion
Reverb and Ambiance Overhaul
Storm Lightning for SSE and VR (Minty Lightning 2019)
Sounds of Skyrim Complete SE (TonyCubed2 Version)
Try it. If you don't like it, ditch it!
Just install with favorite mod manager.
Thats it and nothing more.
