The mod also requires Saints and Seducers (Extended cut is fine), Thaumaturgy, WACCF, and Bonemold + Chitin Weapon Armory for the necessary key words and consistency.
The bonus is 10% for lower tier and 15% for higher tier. I have added a book to the game which explains the certain material properties.
With the right skill in enchanting (Mystical Materials Perk) certain enchantments will be more potent when applied to specific materials.
