OVERVIEW

Community Shaders feature which adds player collision to grass shaders with minimal performance impact.

The performance impact of this effect in dense scenes is about 0.16ms which equates to 136 fps -> 133 fps. You should not expect any real fps impact.

The ENB version of this feature is much better. This was done as a short-term solution by request.

Should work great with Sneak Behavior Extensions- True Prone System !

NOTES

  • Only for the player due to performance scalability issues. Actors may be supported in the future.
  • Explosions and other effects may be supported in the future.
  • You can increase the intensity of the effect in the settings.
  • The previous frame displacement is incorrect and may introduce motion blur when using TAA. This is computationally simpler and probably looks better if it introduces motion blur.
  • This should look the same as the grass collision in Fallout 4.

FEATURES

Grass Collision

  • Grass now collides with the player. Whew!
