FAQ:

Wait, doesn't Overlord already have "Playable Skeleton Races"?

Yes, yes it does. However that mod is not compatible with Skeleton Replacer HD so your hands are still low poly in first person, whereas this works ootb with that. That's it, that's the reason this exists.

Will these use an esp slot?

Are you on VR? If yes, yes, if no, no. (they're ESPFE; ESL-flagged ESPs)

Is this incompatible with anything?

Yes, this is not compatible with the aforementioned Playable Skeleton Races, you can only use one or the other. Technically they won't break your race if you install this and you're a skeleton race from that other mod, but only the conflict winner will be recognized by Overlord as the lich race.
Also any armour that has exposed skin will show human hands, that's something Playable Skeleton Races patches for but it only works with vanilla armours anyways. This is not a hard incompatibility, but it will bug you. I recommend using an armour replacer that covers the entire body, such as Simply Realistic Armor and Weapons.

Files:

Main Patch (Required)
- Renamed the base races to "Forgotten <Race>" and "<Race> Lich" for the base race and their vampire variant respectively, though they now have a disease prot. of 100%, so good luck finding a chance to become a Lich!
- Lich races might need a buff, I haven't actually gone to test them yet.

Disguise Tweaks (Addon | Optional)
- Allows you to disguise yourself as a mortal by having at least 4 pieces of armour (aka a full set). Clothes don't work, circlets don't work, has to be proper armour; - The amulet still works, but now requires 50 illusion and to be an undead in the first place for it to show up in the crafting menu;
- Fixes AoS triggering on enemy skeletons (might've been caused by me in the first place, no idea, it's fixed tho!);
- Subjective description changes, they're also now first person.

Remove Sprint Creaking (Addon | Optional)
- Simply makes it silent for the playable skeleton races too, no scope creep here!

VR Fix (Addon | Optional)
- Sets the skeleton entry to the base character one, this will result in slightly off proportions and miiiinimal clipping when pressing the fists, but it fixes an issue where VRIK hands and actual controller positions would be slightly off.
