I like having 100% spell absorption, Blade and Blunt caps it. So here's an uncapper.

I wanted to be able to have 100% spell absorption while playing the Septimus 4 modpack. Unfortunately Blade and Blunt caps it out at 75% so I changed the value to 100
Also swaps the Breton spell resistance and absorption to make them more specialized for spell absorption.
Requires a new save.

Also thanks to James2997 at The Lost Outpost discord for helping me troubleshoot and actually make the mod work.
I HIGHLY recommend the Septimus modpack using THE WABBAJACK.
