About this mod

This is a simple ENB-friendly fix for making the breath FX (from Wet and Cold SSE, and/or R.A.S.S) much higher quality while also more subtle. BC7 texture, zero extra plugins!

Quick install: Feed your preferred version to your mod manager or unpack to your Skyrim SE/AE/VR installation directory (advanced users only)

*oops that's V1 dimblu actually (not "#3")
kinda hard to demonstrate the quality with a low res, 128 color, 5fps GIF but... the people have spoken.

My 2K breath comes in 3 intensities, NOW WITH SEPARATE DOWNLOADS and I've set my preferred version as the Main File.  No more fussing with loose files, sorry about that!  Now, you just download the one(s) you want, and feed it to your mod manager (if you install more than one version, only enable one at a time).

V1 DIMBLU now the default main file, my favorite
ENB ON: This is subtle perfection especially at night for ENBs like Rudy ENB SE for Obsidian Weathers
ENB Off: You probably won't even notice it.

V2 VANILLA
ENB ON: vape clouds, bro (or pretend it's VERY cold out)
ENB Off: Perhaps just right?

V3 MEDIUM
ENB ON: This is probably the sweet spot for most ENB users, tbh
ENB Off: Subtle perfection.  If you're into that sort of thing.

Remember, no matter which version you choose, they have all been AI-upscaled and levels-corrected!

Install notes:
Requires R.A.S.S., or Wet and Cold, or both (recommended).
It doesn't matter which of those mods you use, my 2K breath textures will be installed to both of the expected locations.
Give mine highest priority, make sure it's not being overwritten.

It is compatible with literally absolutely everything***, it doesn't touch any vanilla game assets and only works with RASS or WaC.

Features:
- NOT TOO BRIGHT!
- 2048x2048 diffuse map (that's 4x the pixels of either R.A.S.S or Wet and Cold)!  I felt more would be overkill.
- Since that one image contains 64 animation frames, the effective resolution of each breath is now 256x256 (up from 128x128)
- Tweaked the levels (less shadowy + corrected overexposure), then hand-tweaked the AI upscale.
- No more "smoke" look, IMO.  Much more breath-like with custom alpha and brightness adjustments.

THAT'S IT, YOU'RE DONE, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY!

***I lied.  It's not compatible with Oldrim LE.  Why the hecc not?  Because I used BC7 encoding for the .DDS files (best quality possible for textures with transparency) BC7 encoded .DDS files are only supported in 64 bit versions (SE, AE, or VR) I have no plans to backport this for LE compatibility.  Please don't ask.
