Enjoy this preset of Nari, an Akaviri woman based on a free image I found online. The preset is a Breton but will work for any human race.
If you like her, please post your pictures! And label them with the skin you used for Nari so I can find one that suits her best. ;)

Skins for Akaviri Eyelids and Noses
The appearance of eyelids and noses depends greatly on your choice of skin (femalehead.dds) and normals (femalehead_msn.dds).
Some possible skins for Nari
The faces shown below have the same mesh, same diffuse texture, but different normals for the eyelids and nose.
Bijin Skin eye normals, BnP young Redguard nose normal
BnP Breton diffuse (left)
BnP older Breton eye/nose normals (right)
This third face has Tempered Skin for Females texture and face normals (younger diffuse, younger normals).

Troubleshooting
problem: She has a neck gap between her neck and body.
fix: Set her weight to 0.79 in racemenu. You can open racemenu from the console by pressing ~ and typing "showracemenu", no quotes.
problem: She has an ugly texture seam at the neck. Her neck color doesn't match her skin.
fix: Use the Face Discoloration Fix. Save, reload your game, should fix itself. Sometimes this happens when I load other people's presets and that fixes it.
problem: Her face pokes through her brows!
fix: You need to get brows that work for high poly head (like the ones I recommended).

You can use this preset for NPC makeovers, mods with NPCs, pictures, etc. Credit and a link would be great.

Footprint (Nari 1.1), SakuraDrops, Fragile, Hailee, Conspiracy, Illusion, Blaze, or Bonnie Hair (Nari 1.2/1.3) - HG Hairdos 2 and the old version by summerdew, Nari v1.0 has HG 2 Nemo hair, also try HG Emori hair
- Kyoe's Bang'n Brows Plus Plus (high poly) by naChooey, Nari 1.2 and earlier has brows 10
- Maevan's Brows for High Poly Head Nari 1.3 has brows 8
- Dark Eyes of Akavir and Hammerfell (version 1.1+) by me, Nari has anthracite eyes
Skins for Akaviri Eyelids and Noses

- Binibini Skin - good for eyelids, maybe Redguard nose
- Tempered Skin - good for eyelids, try Redguard for nose
- BnP Skin - Redguard nose normals, no Asian eyelids
- Pretty Face - haven't tried but probably works
- YGNord Skin (NSFW site) - good for eyelids, nose
