Fixed a bug that caused bEnableFalling to replace bEnableToggle in ini.

Experimental version. Now uses a separate thread to perform physics updates. Physics updates should be more accurate now.
Better start trigger for paraglider states from input handler or skydiving animation start.
Better logging. Not fully tested yet.

This version has a configurable delay in the ini file instead of a fixed delay. This might fix some issues some people have with the paraglider not activating properly. Note that you have to add "iRegisterDelay=xxx" manually if you use skydiving.

This should solve the issue of the paraglider somehow interfering with jump behaviour on default settings.

Also adds a new setting, defaulting to True, that requires the player to be falling to deploy the paraglider(the behavior of 2.5).
