Extend Spell Research with feature to analyze SCROLLS, SPELL TOMES and STAVES, among other things. You can now take notes while walking, running, sneaking and even jumping (animation will break but it will recover).
Also fix some aspects of it. Includes patches of some mods that I use.

Delay to opening the menu is reduced to 0.3 from 1 second.
'Analyze spell' will not put you back in the research menu to prevent a bug from happening. It shouldn't feel too much of a hassle to go back in, since the delay to opening the menu is reduced.
Minimum sleep to fully recover is now "Exhaustion / 4".
(Fix) Clamp exhaustion points to the max number of exhaustion effects (60). This prevents absurd amounts of exhaustion values that doesnt really do anything if you have enough magicka to overcome the max debuff.
(Options) Increase max option values by x2.
(Convenience) Re-add global variable for max hours of sleep for full recovery. Instead of 15 hours to recover 60 exhaustion, it will be whatever that global variable is, which is usually 8 hours.
(Debug) Added MCM button to clear all exhaustion points.

All spells can be noted during research mode. It cannot guess everything and will not allow you to analyze them or compose if unsupported. It does however allow you to earn basic archetype research points from them.
Reduce waiting time during "Taking Notes" and even more by caching it. Reduces a 60+ loop into around 4 to 10.
Option to cache mod values to JSON files to drastically speed up some game processes. Spells with the same name are considered the same spells. Required to be able to analyze staves.
Added Filtering for fueling and dissolving. Fuel Filtering has some issues due to its unique condition of only allowing "Weakness" effects as fuel.
Less restrictive cauldron. You can add fuel or materials in any order.
Higher quality/rank materials will give out more units of fuel.
Allow moving while "Taking Notes". Run FNIS/Nemesis after installing.
Lessen the amount of re-"Taking Notes". Remembers one spell from each hand. Will ONLY trigger taking notes, if it detects a new spell different from the two stored.
Research Mode will not be interrupted during combat. It will only be interrupted, if you trigger "Taking Notes" by changing to another spell.

Optimized Spell Compose look-up speed
Optimized Research Mode - Able to walk around (read issues) during "Taking Notes". - Combat will not interrupt research mode but triggering "Taking Notes" will. (You can get ambushed again, good luck!) - Taking Notes is highly optimized, even more by caching. - Less interruptions by being able to "Take note" all spells. Supported or not.
Able to analyze scrolls and staves (requires cache) in your right hand or left if the right hand isn't any of it.

The movement animation may T-Pose at the start, you just need to wait for a while for things to register. This is common if you have a lot of animation mods installed.
Due to the way Spell Research considers something as fuel, the filter will consider all poisons as eligible fuel. It will return it back if it is not valid.
