Reviewed conflicts via The Method and created a .ModGroups file to hide any remaining conflicts.
Also created a USSEP patch to resolve a few conflicts that would otherwise require adding ussep as a master.
Deleted an erroneous placed object reference in Exterior Cell -1, -1.
0200428B, is a barrel that is just floating underground for some reason, isn't referenced by anything.
Also deleted the overwrite of cell -1, -1 itself as that barrel was the only change within that cell.
Created a JK's Skyrim Patch by ripping out all of the dragon bridge changes made by Gardden in his The Great Cities of JKs North mod. After deleting everything in his main plugin that didn't pertain to Dragon Bridge, the follow changes were made to fix various errors in that patch.
