Adds options to configure your character's pronouns and lets you use they/them or custom pronouns. After character creation a menu will open where you select your characters pronouns. (Or when you first load the game if you've already created your character) Multiple pronouns can be selected in which case they will be used randomly at an equal chance. Added dialogue is unvoiced.
An injected keyword NPCNonBinary [KYWD:01EBDA00] has also been added that can be applied to NPCs so that they're referred to with gender-neutral pronouns.
Synthesis Patcher A guide to installing Synthesis can be found here The Syntheis patcher must be run for text in books and notes to be affected. Unpatched dialogue will use the vanilla conditions, the Synthesis patcher will automatically patch any dialogue from other mods If you want custom pronouns you must set them in Synthesis patcher's settings and be enabled in the MCM
