Changelogs
Version 2.5
Intentionally include ITM records so they can overwrite other lighting mods more reliably
Include other large dungeon-type worldspaces like Labyrinthian
Version 2.4
Add coverage for the Darkfall Passage worldspace
Version 2.3
Tweaked Fog Max
Tweaked Fog Pow
Version 2.1
Ambient light levels are now set to 15. I believe this to be as dark as you can go without requiring a torch.
Version 2.0
Migrated to one-size-fits-all paradigm.
Ambient light levels are now set to 25.
Candlehearth Hall is no longer too dark.
Torches are mostly optional. It's dark enough that you will benefit from them but they're not strictly required.
Version 1.2
Merged BlankLightingTempltes.esp and BlankBlackreachWeather.esp. They are now the same file, BlankLightingTemplates.esp.
This now uses a value of 5 for ambient light levels instead of 0. It's not pitch black, but it might as well be.
Night Eye should now function.
Version 1.1
Added templates to cells that didn't have templates assigned. Notably: Thieves guild HQ, High Hrothgar, Left Hand Mine
Fixed inheritence on a few cells that didn't inherit everything before. Notably a couple Riften interiors, Windhelm Guard Barrocks.
Version 1.0
Initial upload. All templates now share the light draw distance of Blackreach template.
ABOUT Lighting templates set the color of ambient light and the density of fog in interiors. A clear, dark template is the best way to emphasize the light of fires, windows, and magic. This mod provides such a template, and applies it everywhere.

THANK YOU If you enjoy this mod, please endorse it along with the dependencies that make it possible.
My OCD is extreme, so I've tried so many similar lighting mods like Ele for example and this one wins hands down! This is a shame that this mod goes under the radar. The combo of this mods with Lux is off the chart. I only wish that one of the Skyrim mod Youtubers gives a try with this mod. Great job and thank you for this permanent mod in my list! - Epicmagus
