I see you are using this mod alongside "Z Steel Arrow" mod. Can't say definitely but that seems the most obvious culprit.
Btw, I do not support this mod anymore as there are more comprehensive mods release in recent years that most users prefer. But it should work fine with any other archery/arrow overhaul mods if someone has made patches for them.
Nope, no conflict. Although, if Ordinator's perks are making overall damage output much higher then vanilla through its perks, then you may find Archery to be overpowered. This is actually good if you are using difficulty mods, resistances mods (like True Armor, KYE, Resistances and Weakness) as it will balance out things. CAOR is nothing but slightly buffed vanilla archery with its own implementation of toned down locational damage and fixing of annoying vanilla issues in archery. It does not edits levelled lists so mods like OWL are compatible out of the box. It does not impact archery perks so it is compatible with all perk overhauls. It may conflict with mods that touch the weapon and projectile records (mods to look out for will be weight overhauls, economy overhauls, mods that change projectile speed etc.). Even in this case it won't break or crash your game. Depending on which mod takes priority in the mod list, you will see those changes in-game.
Do not use this with other extensive archery overhauls such as Archery Gameplay Overhaul. Animation overhauls for archery should be fine.
To be honest, I don't use this mod personally anymore. Its still a good option for someone looking for Vanilla plus combat. TDM, MCO, SCAR take combat to the next level by mimicking the concepts in modern games. I would suggest you Archery Locational Damage. At the time when mods like Archery Locational damage did not exist, I edited Complete Archery Overhaul to make it more balanced and vanilla friendly as there were very few mods that comprehensively enhanced archery in Skyrim.
Ideally, you don't need to use the patcher if you are using my mod but if you do use it, it will override the archery settings introduced by this mod. It won't break or crash your game.
Edit - you can also try tweaking the settings in the patcher as below:
?
?
See if you get the best of both worlds.
I would further suggest to run smashed patch after the synthesis patch has been generated. This should be done to replace ITM records in Synthesis patch overriding my mod with the "modded" records from my mod (note that I haven't tested it out but given how Mator Smash works, you should get the desired results).
