"Nixads are small and delicate insectoid-looking fairies that inhabit virtually all of Tamriel. These harmless and shy creatures occur in the most varied colors, which seem to be associated with the places where they inhabit. Members of the vast but little-understood family of the Faerie, also known by other names such Fey, Fay, Fairy or Fairies, and Fairykin, the Nixads seem to fit into this group among the closest to animal intelligence, such as the Pixies, Sprites, and even possibly the Imps according to some scholars, and more distant from more evolved groups such as the Nymphs or Spriggans.
They are curious and like to steal shiny objects and sweets. Their sharp teeth are terrifying when viewed up close, but they are only used for hunting small insects, preferably butterflies and fireflies. These creatures, despite being curious, tend to be very shy, and will flee when someone approaches. The animals seem to have some sort of reverence for the Nixads and the other members of the Faerie family, not attacking them, and even sometimes defending these creatures.
In Skyrim, 8 variants can be commonly found: the Sapphire Nixad inhabits the snowy forests of the north, while the Amber Nixad is found in the fall forests of the Rift. In the green pine forests of Falkreath you can find the Jade Nixad, while in the mountainous region of the Reach it is possible to come across the Amethyst Nixad. In Blackreach, matching the color of the place, it is possible to find Turquoise Nixads, and in the sulfuric tundra of Eastmarch, the Citrine Nixad finds its ideal habitat. Finally, in the swamps around Morthal it is possible to find the Obsidian Nixad, and in Solstheim in the ash-covered portion of the island, Scarlet Nixads can be seen hunting small insects among the burned trees.
Using them as pets is a popular practice in Tamriel, with Nixads being some of the favorite creatures among children.
As it basically doesn't consume any magic other than the residual energy generated by the simple intention and gesture to produce the spell, summoning Nixads is considered a great practice for magical training for little children with talent for the arts of sorcery, as well as a fun harmless game for them."

Technical info: you can acquire spells to summon the 8 variants of Nixad featured on this mod from Riften's bosmer court mage Wylandriah, who randomly has a few of them for sale, or simply steal them all from her satchel near her enchanting table. When summoned, they remain as pets for an unlimited time until they are killed or you summon another creature. In combat they are limited to fleeing and seeking shelter untill the end of the battle.

So far no incompatibilities have been found between this mod and other mods.
(OBS- If by chance when installing several of Mihail's mods at the same time you are asked about files overwriting those of other Mihail mods or other authors mods, don't worry because they are just the same files shared between mods. I recommend that on these occasions always give preference to the files contained in my mods, and among mine always give preference to the mod you are installing last.)
The Mihail Monsters and Animals series aims to create and make available to the community the most complete set of creatures for TES 5: Skyrim, implemented in an immersive and unique way, with respect to the pillars of lore. Instead of pathetically just throwing models and textures in the game reusing 100% vanilla mechanics, the creatures made by Mihail have uniqueness and extreme zeal in their idealization and implementation, which will provide you with an experience that you have never had before in this area.
