Balance patch for better harmony between Requiem and Lore Friendly Rifles of Skyrim

Updated to work with the latest versions of Requiem & Lore Friendly Guns. This patch is for the Handguns version - If you're looking for pistols, I recommend my Pistol Reloading Script mod.

What this does:

- The handguns have been tweaked to be stronger versions of their requiem crossbow counterpats.

- They deal around 1.3~ times the damage of their crossbow equivalents.

- The proper keywords have been assigned to the handguns (EG, an elven handgun will have the proper light crossbow keyword, meaning the relevant perks will affect them)

- Crafting bullets requires the Arcane Craftsmanship perk. This is in line with Requiem's requirement for crafting elemental bolts and arrows.

- Reloading speeds have also been tweaked. Guns are slower than crossbows, and light guns are faster than heavy guns.

- The amount of bullets each recipe will yield has been reduced. Bullets are now expensive. I didn't want guns to make crossbows completely obsolete, so I have decided to do this to balance them out.

- Bullets deal the same amount of damage as their bolt counterparts. Special bullets (explosive, poisonous, etc) deal the same amount of damage as regular lead bullets + their effects.

- Not really a Requiem related change, but I have added a 'WeapTypeGun' keyword to each gun, so now the guns will have the proper icon if you are using SkyUI Weapon Pack. This also makes applying custom animations through DAR easier.

There are also a few exceptions to my own rules:

- Dawnguard crossbows are considered light crossbows by Requiem. However, their gun counterparts are considered heavy guns by my mod, and thus by Requiem. They looked way too metal to be considered light.

- Dwarven Handguns have not been balanced around their crossbow equivalents. They have been balanced around how they were originally in the Lore Friendly Guns mod - They have the highest firing rate, but a low damage output to make up for it. They are considered light guns.

And for those who just want to quickly check whether a gun is light or heavy:

Heavy guns: Iron, Steel, Imperial, Stormcloak, Blades, Orcish, Ebony, Dragonbone, Daedric, Raptor's Eye, Dawnguard

Light Guns: Elven, Glass, Dwarven, Sanctus, Stahlrim

I recommend grabbing the SPID version of the original mod if you want NPCs to use the guns - the leveled lists version will probably not work due to conflicts with Requiem's leveled lists.
