Version 1.3
- telling Sven you saw a dragon in a non-Hadvar or Ralof start gives you a misc objective to see Jarl Balgruuf and lets you skip the speech check at the Whiterun gate (as suggested by mistaabushido several months ago)
- Hadvar and Ralof's scenes will no longer expect you to pick a standing stone if you started with a birthsign
- Added a short wait between menu cycles in a speculative attempt to fix a bug a couple of people have reported

- made sure to set the lock level of the Helgen gates to hopefully avoid them being permalocked (change is applied retroactively to existing saves, thank you to TorinCollector for bringing this to my attention)
