FAQs Are NPCs supported? No, Wounds is player only because it was meant to be a mod for the aftermath of the battle, bandits and enemies are usually killed by you so applying Wounds system to them would unnecessary, I have made one for Wildcat which works on npcs here it is, or one for EVG conditional idles here.
There are no legs animations! Currently only the upper body is featured (and some very little broken left leg I made just to see), it takes time to make animations, and only with the upperbody it has 5000+ files, they'll be made eventually.
Wounds is too punishing, I will always be injured! Wounds comes with an MCM to tweak every aspect of the mod, how easy it is to get injured, how long it takes to heal, and more, so you can tweak it to your liking, I had it customized to get injured inmediately to record the videos, is not that easy, especially if you are wearing armor, Also, there are Add-ons that add healing spells, potions and healers if you want to.
T-posing when the game launches That is something that happens when you boot the game, DAR has to load animations when the game launches, DAR latest update fixes that issue for AE users, also mod author Ershin has uploaded a mod that significantly reduces the loading time Animation queue fix.
Can you make a reduced version with less files? I can't do that anytime soon, you can reduce the size simply by deleting animation files from the folders, all folders have a text inside that tells what injury the animations files in each folder are for, so you can delete the animations of injuries you think you wouldn't see enough/don't mind never seeing them, with the latest update of DAR the loading time should be reduced.
Thanks to everybody who downloaded the mod and for the nice comments.
HOW DO I MAKE A TORNIQUETTE WITH WOOD? I ALREADY GOT THE WOOD, CANT CREATE IN ON ANY CREATION THING LIKE FURNACE, TANNING RACK, THE LARGE TABLE THAT UPGRADES CLOTHES, HOW DO I GET THE TORNIQUETTE I HAVE ALL BONES BROKEN WONT HEAL
Hey, so this works perfectly fine until after a wound has fully healed, where the animation for a chest injury remains forever until the mod is disabled.
It works fine otherwise, not sure what could be causing this.
You must have installed a DAR/OAR animation mod for idles with very, very high priority folders numbers. To fix that you have to identify which animation mod is conflicting (which would be the animation that's playing instead of the wound animation) and once identified, chage/rename the folder to have a lower number than the numbers of this mod folders, (the lowest folder number of this mod is 2000040069).
That way you will be able to see the animations of both mods.
Does this mod need the latest version of Dynamic Animation Substitute? I tried on the version of Dynamic Animation Replacer v1.1.0 and the mod does not work for me... Please clarif. game version 1.5.97
This is compatible with both SE and AE, you have to install the right version of Dynamic animation replacer and the right version of its requirements for you game which is 1.5.97.
I don't know, I don't play AE that much. You should ask in Wounds mod page for questions about the actual functioning of the mod, this here is only animations. The animations will work in SE and AE if you have the right version of DAR or OAR.
OAR can play these animations just like DAR, but I don't think I'll update this one, it is too large and has many folders it has to be very hard to convert, I still have not spent the time to learn the new format of OAR.
Would you be anyhow interested in making similar mod for Vigor - Combat and Injuries? imo it's one of the best "injury mods" there is. No pressure of course!
just found all your animation mods for the first time and the look great! Can't believe it took me this long and I love that Wounds still gets, well, love.

Asking because Dynamic Animation replacer also works for LE edition as many will be happy to know that LE is still alive after many year.
I missed the chance to buy AE version for discount on skyrim.
